Brian Modiano, Chief Financial Officer
Brian Modiano brings over 30 years of diversified financial experience to BlueLock. Brian directs and oversees the overall financial strategy for BlueLock, as the company experiences rapid growth in the explosive cloud computing market.
Prior to joining BlueLock, Brian Modiano has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a combined eleven years at ChaCha, Baker Hill Corporation and Bank One Mortgage (now Chase Mortgage) before joining BlueLock. Since 2002 Brian has served on the board of TechPoint in various capacities helping the organization to accelerate Indiana’s emerging and vibrant information technology sector. Brian received a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance from Bowling Green State University. He is a certified public accountant.
