Doug Rammel, Vice President of Operations
As VP of Operations at BlueLock, Doug Rammel provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization to maximize client satisfaction and business growth. Doug has over twenty years of operations and systems experience in the healthcare, sporting goods, retail, software and consulting industries.
Prior to joining BlueLock, Doug worked with several companies through Synapse Operational Systems and Solutions (SOS2), a consulting firm that he formed 12 years ago to assist entrepreneurial efforts in the healthcare and technology industry. Previously, he helped form the Sports Licensed Division (SLD) of The adidas Group as the VP, Information Systems, Technology, and Integration Operations. Doug is also active in the Indianapolis community by serving on the TechPoint Foundation, and Ruth Lilly Health Education Center boards and as member of the Downtown Rotary and Indiana Sports Corp.
